Bloomington, Illinois, 9/10/2007 (ICBN) FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Re: U.S. MUSLIMS remember 9/11

We the American Muslims of Bloomington-Normal join our fellow citizens in remembrance of the lives lost during the tragic events of September 11, 2001.  American Muslims unequivocally condemn acts of terror and violence.  Our thoughts and prayers are with the families, friends and loved ones of those who lost someone that day.  We also extend our gratitude to the firefighters, police officers and emergency medical workers who continue to risk their lives everyday.

 God Bless Us All.

“God is merciful to those who show mercy to others."
– Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him)
