Slaat-ul Isha will be followed by Taraweeh prayer (20 Rakat), led by Hafiz Afnan Ahmed.
ICBN has prepared a schedule of Quran recitation, giving the portion of the Quran to be recited every night from the first night to the 27th night when the recitation of the Quran will Insha-Allah be completed.
This schedule is posted on the bulletin board and on the icbn website. The purpose in preparing, advertising and distributing this schedule is to enable all community members to read and understand in advance that portion of the QurÂ’an that will be recited each night.

Daily Khatira:

Imam AbdelKerim will deliver the daily khatira after 8 rakah of taraweeh.

Eid-Ul-Fitr Program:

Inshallah Eid-Ul-Fitr this year will be on Wednesday October 1st or Thursday October 2nd, 2008. It is important that Sadqat-ul-Fitr at the rate of ~$8 on behalf of each member of the family is paid to poor Muslims before Salat-ul-Eid.

Eid-ul-Fitr prayer will be at 8:30 am (see flier for details). It is Sunnah of the Prohet (PBUH) to make GHUSL, use perfume and wear the best clothes one can afford for Eid. It is preferable to use different routes for going to and coming from the place of Salat-ul-Eid, reciting TASBEEH.

Eid-Ul-Fitr Dinner:

Eid Dinner is schedule for the evening of the following weekend (a flier will be posted soon with details).

Discipline In The Building:

It is very important that complete silence is maintained in the prayer halls during the prayers. Please turn off cell phones and pagers before you enter the prayer halls. It has been seen that not only the children but also the adults engage in loud conversations while prayers is in progress.

We strongly request all brothers and sisters, young and old that if they do have to talk while some others are praying, they should only whisper or leave the prayer hall to continue their conversation. During talks we ask brothers and sister that are in the prayer halls to sit quietly and listen. If you would rather talk or are taking care of active children, please sit in the office or dining areas.
